And why "A Frog In AZ?" Well yes I am French (and as We french people must eat frog's legs once in a while, the British call us the "frogs" (I find that most Americans don't know this). And now that I live in Arizona... A frog in AZ ... You get it now. But the most important thing to me is to stay in touch as much as possible with the friends and family I left behind back in France, I miss them so much. And communicate with the friends I have here in the US. And a blog makes it fun and easy.

Emilie Lepennec
Championne Olympique
Clin d'oeil a Emilie Lepennec
Voici des video d'Emilie sur YouTube. Emilie Lepennec, Olympic gold medal in Sydney 2000, in Gymnastic. I trained Emilie for a couple of years when I was a coach in France. She was only 10 years old but she remembers since I was cited in the biography book that a journalist wrote of her. Plus last time we went to France, her and her parents invited chris and I for dinner. (lamb and potatoes, that's what a olympic gymnast eats). Pretty cool, huh!?
